Simply no complaints, FANTASTIC stay. Nice little hotel, useful base for exploring Newhaven. Clean rooms come with exceptionally comfortable beds. Garden view, friendly and great staff.

The room came equipped with an ironing set, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of advice. the location of the property was fantastic, quiet, and situated in a beautiful conservatory area.

The host's attention to detail was mind-blowing, providing complimentary toiletries and a tea tray with gorgeous biscuits. The beds were super comfy, and the room was immaculate with a squeaky clean shower. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, with a delicious bacon and scrambled egg option. The owners were incredibly considerate and couldn't do enough for us. a fantastic and relaxing stay with everything we needed.

Had a very pleasant stay here! the hotel is on the smaller side, which I adored, and the garden view was a highlight for me. the location is perfect, super close to the ferry port and nestled in a quiet residential area 🌿.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. the room was impeccably clean and spacious, equipped with twin beds, chairs, and a table with tea and coffee making facilities. the attention to detail was excellent, as complimentary sparkling and still water was provided in the room. the owners were incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect for us, as it was just a short drive to the port for our morning ferry.

Loved the fact that I could hike right by the accommodation, it was such a thrilling experience. The garden was a great spot for a barbecue and the free WiFi was a nice touch. Oh, and the terrace? Absolutely fabulous!

Just wished there was an airport right next door, because who doesn't love the sound of planes taking off and landing? So relaxing.
